Part-time Customer Service Rep

Datalot is building some of the most innovative advertising technology for the insurance industry. We are in an exciting time of growth, and looking for remote-based Customer Service Reps with strong verbal communication skills.
This is a part-time position, up to 28 hours per week. We offer a competitive hourly rate + the opportunity to earn commission. This role is available to those individuals who reside in and work in the state of Florida.
In this role, you will receive training on how to use our proprietary system, to allow you to do the following:
• Field both outbound and inbound customer phone calls
• Aid in the handling of and resolving of customer inquiries as needed
• Transfer customers accordingly to the appropriate individuals and/or departments
• Act in a professional, friendly manner with a willingness to help customers
Qualifications:
• A quiet, private place in your home or personal office where you can work without background noise or distraction
• Previous experience in a retail and/or customer service role is highly desired
• Basic computer skills, and the ability to read computer-generated scripts
• Be able to speak clearly to effectively communicate with customers
• An appreciation for helping customers in a friendly and positive manner

• USB Headset (we will provide)
• Computer with high-speed internet connection
