We are currently seeking a Sr. Product Designer to help create the next generation of our award-winning communications platform. If you want to push yourself, learning and teaching along the way, while building much more than a website, let’s talk!


Requirements
  • Work through design problems from beginning to end: translating research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then designing the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them
  • Sketch and prototype ideas to quickly access viability, and design the fine grained details of interactions
  • Iterate based on feedback from the whole team
  • Work closely with engineers as they build and ship ideas
  • Own the success or failure of their design work and initiate design and engineering sprints to improve shipped work

Qualifications
  • You love the process of discovery, turning loose requirements into wireframes and prototypes to deepen the understanding of the problem being solved. 
  • Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You have helped ship products
  • Experience designing experiences that people can access on any type of device: desktop, tablet, phone
  • An appreciation of the entire product development process, from problem solving through to detailed UI and visual design
  • The ability to create beautiful high-fidelity mockups of your designs using Sketch, Figma, etc
  • The ability to create prototypes to get feedback
  • Excellent communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals
  • Excellent self starter who can deeply collaborate with engineers

Senior Graphic Designer

Summary: Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing & Creative, the Senior Graphic Designer will join a strong Marketing Team that values collaboration, communication and transparency. The role will require thoughtful coordination and communication between all divisions of marketing thought leadership, product marketing and demand generation. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic portfolio of digital assets and proven track record of their impact across various digital marketing channels. The candidate should be capable of both crafting and posting content that aligns with Navigate360s brand guidelines, as well as current marketing campaigns.

Duties / Responsibilities:



Graphic Design


  • Work with Director of Digital Marketing & Creative to develop various digital assets that align with current brand standards.
  • Assist Director of Digital Marketing & Creative with multiple aspects of the design process from user research to physical prototyping.
  • Use combination of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) and Canva to create various digital assets logos, infographics, eBooks, sales slicks, etc.
  • Develop, design and create concepts and bring to life advertising and marketing campaigns that directly connect with Navigate360 customers. 
  • Assist Director of Digital Marketing & Creative with multiple aspects of the design process from user research to physical prototyping.
  • Understand the structure of the brands visual identity and how it is executed across all media channels and touchpoints. 
  • Be aware of and bring to the table knowledge of trends in the marketplace that could positively impact the business. 
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while working with internal and external teams. 
  • Present digital creative to Director of Digital Marketing & Creative or senior-level marketing members. 





Process/Project Management


  • Meet frequently with Director of Digital Marketing & Creative to establish project priorities and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple creative projects within Asana.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and agencies.





Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, marketing, journalism or communications.
  • 5-7 years of graphic design experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a social media marketer or manager.
  • Experience in concept ideation, brand design and design strategy. 
  • Experience translating qualitative and quantitative data into creative.
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude that motivates others and promotes enthusiasm.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds and integrating your design ideas with theirs.
  • Strong knowledge of media (print, motion, web).
  • Proficient computer skills with Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Canva and PowerPoint.
  • Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
  • Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding the value of design and brand within a business context.
  • Work professionally with co-workers.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in the technology or education space. 
  • Adobe Certification (Associate or above)
  • Experience with paid social, display and video advertising.
  • Experience working in HubSpot. 
  • Experience working in Asana or other project management tools. 

Normal Working Hours and Conditions: 
Core business hours are generally 8:00 am 5:00 pm. However, this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. 



Physical Requirements: 
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.

Senior Visual Designer

The Job

Bitovi is looking to hire a Senior Visual Designer to support our team and clients by creating visually appealing user interface (UI) designs and support graphics. This role will be our UI and graphic design expert. The person in this role will:
  • Attend sales calls to discuss and recommend visual design improvements to potential clients
  • Participate in initiatives to showcase Bitovi’s UI capabilities and expertise
  • Support the team by creating stunning interfaces based on best practices and design trends
  • Lead UI design on a project or collaborating with team members to ideate and iterate beautiful, usable, responsive, accessible interfaces and components for web and mobile applications
  • Ideate and iterate support and explainer graphics, internal and external presentations, logo design, sales materials, etc.
  • Develop and support brand decisions and style guides for clients
  • Support team members and clients through visual design recommendations and improvements

The Details We’re Looking For

An experienced visual designer and are comfortable using industry tools

  • 5+ years of professional experience implementing and designing user interfaces for web applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for elegant and intuitive user interfaces
  • Expertise in standard design tools like Sketch or other wireframing tools
  • Expert knowledge of design fundamentals (information design, visual design, industry UI standards, and use of best practices) 
  • Comfortable participating in sales and marketing initiatives to showcase aesthetic capabilities
  • Experience training and influencing others on aesthetic design best practices
You know how to design things that can be built 
  • Familiar and comfortable creation visual designs for mobile, web, and responsive
  • Ability to create on-brand design solutions that bridge user and business goals
  • Work with design systems to ensure consistency and familiarity across products
You have amazing graphic design chops and are a typography nerd
  • Creative ideas with a problem-solver mindset
  • Strong understanding and execution of design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition)
  • Maintain, update, and refine brand and style guidelines for internal and external projects
  • Create aesthetically pleasant and consistent user interface design elements – High proficiency working with color, typography, and graphic elements
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to finished high-fidelity designs and asset creation
  • Work with usability specialists and interaction designers to develop and iterate user interface designs based on research and usability test results
You are a great communicator, love to talk about design, and defend your design decisions

  • Showcase strong communication skills by presenting and defending visual design decisions to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Follow design and interaction principles while understanding the project requirements, business needs, and client expectations
  • Comfortable being a user advocate

Work Remotely (in North America) as a Consultant

Bitovi helps people and companies create better web applications. We’re a team of 35-ish people made up of UX designers, developers, and DevOps team members located around the US.

We have a track record of designing and building high-profile and amazing web applications through our active Consulting practice. Our apps are built with style guides, tests, full docs, accessibility considerations, and a deployment process in place.

What's the opportunity? 








We’re looking for an experienced product designer to work on a disruptive car-buying online service for automotive dealerships. You’ll join our incredible, passionate, and curious team that is constantly evolving and questioning and questioning the status quo. You’ll own design throughout the entire product development cycle, from helping with initial ideation to releasing new products and beyond.

This is a full-time remote position. We use Slack and Zoom to communicate and get work done, and have a passionate, assisting, and high-learning work environment.


What you’ll be doing? 








  • We expect you to help solve product problems using insights from our customers and product team, and to help the team explore new opportunities that not only cater towards the team’s goals and objectives, but truly help solve pain points with our customers.
  • You will act as an owner for your designs when presenting it to the team, defend your designs while gathering feedback. The team loves any and all feedback from you, and feel inclined to challenge everything! 
  • Work closely with developers as they build and ship.
  • Prototype and sketch to quickly present and test ideas internally or externally.
  • Work with other designers to align product vision.
  • Review PRs and releases that our development team makes. If you can/wish, you’re encouraged to push up small PRs with css adjustments to directly clean up our UI.


What skills do I need?

  • Experience in designing software products(mobile, desktop, tablet).

Where I’ll be working? 








We are remote from the beginning(before COVID), so work where you want. However, our team works on EST hours in North America and we’d expect you to be working with the team from 9-5pm EST.
