Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer

We have big growth plans for 2022 and our Chief Financial Officer, Shawna Fisher, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support her as we scale. If you’re fluent in finance and passionate about using data to drive business change, we might be looking for you!  


About the Role
  • Leader support: You’ll be our CFO’s righthand person, assisting her with everything from calendar to project management. For example, assisting with OKR planning across the CFO Group. You’ll also act as proxy for communications, answering general questions and referring routine matters to appropriate parties and then following up to ensure proper disposition.
  • Team support:You’ll make sure the Finance team stays on top of departmental daily activities as well as annual audits. You’ll support financial processes, expense reporting, and vendor relations.
  • Time and calendar management:You’ll be the primary contact for scheduling, actively managing calendars in such a manner that the CFO can complete her obligations in an organized and efficient way.
  • Project coordination: You’ll be involved in end-to-end project management for org-wide projects and initiatives, including inception, planning, documentation, tracking and communication
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You’ll collaborate with other Executive Assistants and teams to expand organizational communication and efficiently plan and execute milestones and events across teams.
  • Salary: We have an internal transparent salary matrix for each team. For this role, we are paying $98,000-$114,000 USD. Read more about how we approach compensation here!

  • You have multiple years of experience supporting C-Suite executives in finance and legal. You’re comfortable working with everyone from the highest level stakeholders to individual contributors.

Accounting Manager

Primary Responsibilities of the Role

As the Accounting Manager at Tithe.ly, you will: 
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and entries to produce accurate financial statements and operational reports
  • Interpret financial data, including financial statements and key ratios that assist with business decisions
  • Manage and hold accountability for accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing according to US GAAP
  • Lead month-end close process
  • Create and enforce efficiencies in financial controls across all departments
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits, work directly with external auditors, ensuring an accurate and timely outcome
  • Engage in continuous learning, stay current with new accounting standards, and review/write technical accounting memos to address issues while supporting and driving necessary changes
  • Participate in the implementation of finance-supporting systems, ad-hoc procedures, and tasks as requested by executive management
  • AD-HOC accounting and tax-related projects and reporting
  • Manage the accounting of two International subsidiaries with the experience of foreign currency translation used to convert financials to US reporting currency.

Technical Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in accounting
  • Advanced Excel  
  • GAAP accounting knowledge and experience, 5+ years
  • Accounting Manager experience, 5+ years
  • ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) experience
  • Accounting Memos/Process writing experience
Preferred:
  • Licensed CPA
  • Working knowledge and experience with Sage INTACCT
  • SaaS / Payment Services Company with FP&A experience
  • Experience with public company audits
  • Big 4 public accounting experience
Office Requirements 
  • Tithe.ly is a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 3-4 times per year

  • Be the internal subject matter expert on the client


Requirements
 
  • Experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns, having technical knowledge of ads (ex: comfortable inside the Ads Manager)
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager in digital advertising (2+ years)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communication and team management skills, both with asynchronous documentation and synchronous meetings & chat.
  • Positive attitude and deadline-driven.

Senior Product Marketing Manager Role and Responsibilities

Account Manager (REMOTE/ US ONLY)

Agency360 is looking for a remote-based Account Manager that will serve a critical role helping to expand our revenue. As a member of our small startup, with the help of our domain knowledge, you’ll be expected to assist our Sales Manager with discovering, qualifying, and closing inbound leads. On the customer success side, you will wear a variety of hats spending time doing product demonstrations, answering support tickets, and assisting with our retention efforts. The position requires travel to the handful of trade shows we attend each year and a background check.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • (75%) Assisting the Sales Manager with the day-to-day sales processes, including: scheduling and completing demos, conducting discovery calls, and assisting with new customer purchasing processes (no cold calling required).
  • (25%) Assisting the Customer Support manager with the day-to-day operations, including: answering support tickets, tracking bugs, and improving customer retention. 

Types of Activities You May Do: 

  • Calling inbound signups/trials
  • Answering incoming sales calls and responding to email inquiries
  • Qualifying and understanding a prospect’s needs
  • Scheduling, participating in and/or presenting online demos including the opening, closing, or product presentation
  • Providing formal quotes and requested follow up information after the demo
  • Consistently following up with prospects to successfully move them through the sales process
  • Documenting all sales activities in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system 
  • Experimenting with customer acquisition tactics and challenging assumptions to identify ways to amplify and scale the sales process
  • Attending trade shows and conferences
  • Completing Request For Proposals (RFPs)
  • Assist with support by answering inbound phone calls and emails to help a customer with product or finance issues, qualify a prospect, check on customer satisfaction, schedule demos, and complete online training
  • Assist support with online training and onboarding for new customers getting started
  • Assist with billing activities including sending formal quotes, sending invoices, following up to late payments

Account Manager

The role
Hopin is seeking an Account Manager who is personable, self-driven, passionate and ambitious! We're looking for someone with strong experience in this field, good at making decisions on the go, is helpful, supportive and a team player. Event experience is a plus.

Responsibilities 
  • Manage a portfolio (20-30 accounts) of strategic/enterprise customers and execute on key objectives across the entire portfolio

  • Communicate with customer often via email and video calls
  • Be proactive and friendly, offering the highest level of support to customers 
  • Collate customer feedback and communicate this to the product team
  • Work with our product engineers to make Hopin easier to use 
  • Work with our sales and support team for optimal customer success 
  • Identify opportunities for networking, referrals and expansion

Qualifications:
  • 4 years + experience in Account Management, Customer Success, and/or experience as an event manager 
  • 2 years + experience working at a B2B SaaS company
  • Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you have the ability to read, interpret, and clarify customers' goals, and then craft thoughtful responses to help them achieve those goals
  • Tech Savvy - love software, tech and excited to learn new software
  • Ability to teach yourself new skills and competencies, and finding answers yourself
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Great problem-solving abilities - assess all options before making a decision
  • Exceptional organization skills - you're used to juggling multiple priorities
  • Have a "can do" attitude
  • Can work at a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
  • Previous experience with a video platform
  • Experience working at an early stage startup
  • Event planning or organizing experience
