The Role:
We’re looking for a designer with experience in the user acquisition space to build our creative production pipeline in close collaboration with our Growth and Content teams. 

The ideal candidate is experienced in creating visually appealing and performant assets for paid social, constantly seeks inspiration from the latest ad trends on social networks (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook), and is familiar with fundamental marketing KPIs. 

As our first full-time designer focused on ad creative, you will develop and design static and short video ad assets for our apps, Elevate and Balance. You will connect to every aspect of the creative process, from ideation to execution to reporting on results. 

Oh, and one more thing: This is a full-time, fully remote position, so you can feel free to work anywhere in the world that you'd like (that accommodates typical North American business hours).

How You'll Make an Impact Here:
  • You'll directly impact how many new people benefit from our products, turning our mission into reality, by designing creative ads. 
  • You’ll educate the company, especially the growth and content teams, on the latest creative trends in the fast-moving landscape of social networks.
  • You’ll be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to our brand guidelines and standards. 
  • You’ll collaborate with the content team to leverage fun, engaging educational and wellness content in ad creatives.
  • You’ll occasionally liaise with external creative agencies and submit design briefs. 

Qualifications: 
  • 5+ years of experience as a digital advertising designer in paid social and/or direct response marketing
  • Fluent in Figma, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of trending creative content on social platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram 
  • An impressive portfolio that demonstrates the latest ad trends, innovation, and creativity
  • Ability to efficiently produce high-quality work while meeting tight deadlines
  • Familiar with basic marketing KPIs such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Desire to grow your skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly

Bonus:
  • Experience creating UGC content on TikTok 
  • Experience with developing educational and/or mindfulness social assets 
  • Passion for ad design in the education and mental fitness vertical
